We are building a grassroots movement to demand genuine leadership and real change in Ottawa. It starts by taking back our government from career politicians, lobbyists, special interests, and an elite who have rigged the system for their own benefit. Join us!

During the course of his storied and honourable military career, Colonel Pat (P@) Stogran has had his mettle tested as a leader. He served as a United Nations Military Observer during the war in Bosnia where, in 1994, he and his team were instrumental in saving the besieged enclave of Gorazde and its 45,000 inhabitants from a massacre at the hands of the Bosnian Serb Army. In the wake of 9/11, he led the Third Battalion Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry as it spearheaded the Canadian Forces historic mission in Afghanistan, marking the first occasion since the Korean War that Canada committed troops to ground combat operations against a declared enemy.

Upon leaving the military, Colonel P@ served three years as Canada’s first Veterans Ombudsman, He chronicled his experience in Rude Awakening: The Government's secret War Against Canada's Veterans. He is a regular contributor to Esprit de Corps magazine, is often sought after by media outlets to comment on matters of national defence and veterans affairs, and has also published a short graphic novel about the hardships that the families of military veterans endure entitled Victims of War.

In his retirement after having spent his entire adult life as a soldier, the Colonel is committed to finding out who Pat the civilian is and to giving back to his family who supported him so faithfully for so long through so much. He occupies his time reading, writing, and speaking about leadership, a discipline he likes to refer to as Leaderology. To learn more about Leaderology, click HERE. The Colonel hopes that sharing his story, his knowledge and experience might serve to inspire the future leaders of Canada to reverse the lack of selflessness, vision, and conviction that seems to characterize so-called leadership today.. An ever-aspiring leader himself, he has set about testing his leaderology theories through experimentation, as an entrepreneur and revolutionary leader. To learn about the Colonel's leadership experiment, visit his online Leadership Laboratory at THE REBEL GORILLA.

The Colonel lives in Ottawa with his wife, two children, and his "fire team partner" Apollo (a Chocolate Lab).

The women and men of the Canadian Armed Forces protect and defend our freedom, democracy, and security, and they deserve to be treated with admiration and respect.

Since 2015, the Trudeau Liberals have repeatedly failed to deliver on their promise to provide Canada’s veterans with prompt access to the services and benefits they require and rightly deserve. This failure of leadership continues to have a devastating effect on thousands of veterans across our country.

For example, a recent report revealed that over 3000 veterans were forced to wait more than a year for their disability claims to be processed. What’s more, there are countless instances of veterans being forced to rely on emergency assistance from community-based agencies, despite there being an established Veterans Affairs program in place for the same.

Enough is enough, we need to elect leaders who will deliver meaningful results for Canada’s veterans; and who will ensure that no veteran is forced to go without timely access to necessary benefits and resources.
