It’s never too early to plan for transition. #DYK the Military Family Resource Centre in your community offers a #Veteran Family Program to those medically releasing from the CAF? Meet with a coordinator to talk about your family's needs.

We have information to get you started:

Your transition out of the CAF is a mission in its own right. That’s why we’ve launched a website that outlines all of the services, benefits and resources you might need when leaving the military.

Visit the site at: https://veterans.gc.ca/eng/transition

Today we celebrate International Family Day. We know that when a Canadian Armed Forces member serves, their whole family serves. The Veteran Family Program is a great way to connect with other families and community resources. Drop by your nearest MFRC or give them a call. http://ow.ly/2Hf630oILCp
