Canada Post Discontinuing epost Services
Canada Post Discontinuing epost Services
Canada Post will retire epost services by December 2022 and the last epost mail delivery will be
in September 2022. Once epost is discontinued, you will no longer have access to it. If you have
any documents you want to keep, Canada Post offers the option to download or print your
documents. For more information on their decision or about how to download or print your
documents, you can contact Canada Post or visit their webpage:
https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/en/personal/receiving/manage-mail/epost.page
After September 2022, correspondence will be mailed to your primary address. Please ensure
that your mailing address and contact information are up to date with the Pension Centre. Public
Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is implementing a new solution to replace the epost
services for plan members. Once a new service has been established, PSPC will communicate
with members and provide information on how to receive documents electronically.
