This did not paint a pretty picture for the armed forces. The victims here are the ones who suffered, and died by these horrific crimes. These poor victims didn't stand a chance. Who would have ever known he was capable of this. Great work by the police in the way they caught him, and handled the case. One thing I would like to know is the pension he was receiving OR is still receiving. I thought legislation came out awhile back to revoke pensions with serious crimes, not sure if this affected Williams as I believe the legislation came out after he was sent to prison.
