Allan 'Dinger' Bell, at his home in Cole Harbour, N.S., was badly burned during the HMCS Kootenay explosion in 1969 that killed nine people. PTSD Claim


This claim of PTSD was denied entitlement on 23 November 2012.

The Entitlement Review Panel granted entitlement for this claim of PTSD in August 2021.

The award granted in the amount of five-fifths.
