Veterans Bursary Program Empty Veterans Bursary Program

Does anyone know if this bursary amount of $1300 is a one time only capped amount bursary or can two dependents both in college at the same time use the bursary at $1300 each? Thanks.

Each Veteran who is a Class Member has access to one $1,300 CAD bursary.
