Home Made Poppy Regulation and the Legion?
Does anyone know what the Legion's stand is on home made crocheted poppies that are made and sold with some profit of the sales going to the Legion? I saw on line someone local in my area, selling home made poppies and stating they are donating $1 for each poppy sold to the Legion. I have a vague recollection that the Legion has a legal position on recreating poppy images and I don't want to advise or question anyone without having the full information if it is not allowed. Thanks
disclaimer: it is not me that is making and selling these poppies.
