I had a sit down with Jo Grundy at Rally Point retreat which is a retreat for 1st responders, corrections officers, military and civilians with PTSD. Its the first time I did an interview in my life. We did this with my phone so hopefully you can hear it all right. Thanks to Dave for recording. Rally Point Retreat is also one of the NFP we are raising money for the charity event at Codapop house concerts on 10 Nov.
