Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance. It is important to take the time to honour the memory of those whose lives were lost to anti-transgender violence.
If you are part of the LGBTQ2 community and a Veteran, contact 1-800-487-7797 for information on benefits and services.

'Corrective Payments'
Veterans Affairs Canada Facebook Posted Nov 20. 2019
We are continuing to make corrective payments for an error in the calculation of adjustment rates for certain benefits between 2003-2010. If you currently receive a pension or other benefits from us, you don’t need to apply. Some calculations are more complex and may take more time - if you haven't received your payment, please know that we are working to process them as quickly as possible.
