Retired Major Jay Feyko is National Manager at Soldier On. Feyko works on a Canadian Armed Forces program to empower physically and mentally injured members to embrace an active lifestyle. He talks about how the Invictus Games help them on their journey to recovery.

We caught up with #SoldierOn member LCol Rhonda Crew who is currently transitioning from the Canadian Armed Forces to civilian life. She faced many obstacles during her long military career and with the help of Soldier On, she has found ways to focus on her mental health and to adapt and overcome. A co-captain of Team Canada at Invictus Games Sydney 2018 presented by Jaguar Land Rover, she shares her favourite memories and how she is using arts and crafts to cope through the pandemic.
