Our busy lives can make it hard to look after our mental health.
Day and night, wherever you are, if you need resources to manage the challenges of living with PTSD or an OSI, the VAC mobile applications – PTSD Coach Canada and OSI Connect app - can help.

Myth: I'm a reservist so I cannot access the support from the Operational Stress Injury Social Support (OSISS) program.
Fact: ALL Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and their family that are experiencing an Operational Stress Injury (OSI) can get OSISS support!
🫂If you think you may have an OSI, or you are having difficulties supporting someone with an OSI the first step is to contact an OSISS Coordinator or call 1-800-883-6094 (toll free).
