You can request a videoconference with your assigned case manager or Veteran service agent.

Start by sending them a secure message in My VAC Account or by calling
1-866-522-2122.

Anyone try this? How long did you have to wait for the call?

According to the 2022 VAC National Client Survey, more than 80% of Veterans who work with VAC case managers saw benefits for their independence, health and well-being.

You don't need to transition to life after service alone: a case manager can support you and your family.
