Last spring, we consulted Veterans and others on their experiences applying (or helping someone apply) for disability benefits for the first time. Our goal was to better understand barriers in the process.
Your feedback has resulted in six recommendations for improving the application process. We will act on these as quickly as we can.

If so, we need your feedback to improve how health benefits are authorized and reimbursed.
