CANEX and The Personal Auto Insurance


Hello,

I am considering moving to The Personal for my auto insurance. I am interested in hearing from any of our members if they have experience with The Personal, if they are happy with their service, and especially if you have an opinion with claims because that is always the hardest part of any of this stuff.

Thank you Echostar, I have read online reviews for Cooperators, Wawanesa and The Personal. The ratings are uniformly poor, not just for these three but for insurers in general. Part of the problem is that people do not understand their policies. This results in high levels of disappointment when they claim because they don't receive what they think they are entitled to. I was seeking slightly more direct personal experience. I also thank you for the Costco steer, I did not know they sold auto insurance, I will check them out too. Regards.
