It's one of three benefits that makes the new pension for life announced on Dec 20, 2017.

It comes into effect April 2019.

I understand the APSC replaces the CIA and the CIA Supplement.

Well, the next couple of April's will be... interesting.

What I am very wary of is if ANY of our benefits, taxed AND non-taxed are consolidated anywhere.
Because the GoC can juggle faster than my crayon getting duller.

it's going to be a crazy time until we know how it is all going to play out and what we are left with. they say on one hand we not going to lose anything but on the other hand say they taking away and replacing. at the end of the day keep us in the dark tell us to call vac they say when you call we don't know. do a live facebook keep answering the same ?s as before don't tell us anything new. great day to be a pawn of uncle Walt and his bumbling side kick.
