Kingston, ON – The Honourable Seamus O’Regan, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, will make an announcement at The Royal’s newest Operational Stress Injury (OSI) Clinic service site in Kingston, Ontario.
Media are invited to attend and participate in a media scrum after the official opening announcement.
