Choosing a Licensed Producer

I have a relative who just received his first medical prescription for medical cannabis. The doctor made some suggestions to him regarding licensed producers. We checked the recommendations out. It seems like one major difference is shipping costs as some ship product for free while others are more costly.
Would anyone have some suggestions on which company (Aphria, Tweed, Medreleaf, Aurora, etc) to go with and why?
