Sooooo VAC is going to "study" PTSD, oh sorry post-traumatic stress injury disorder (it's not officially PTSD to the Libs until you fit "their" description)???

So is this idea to help veterans or train doctors to treat PTSD? Either way this is more of treating vets like guinea pigs instead of broken humans.
