Re: 2019 Federal Election
All I can really say about this election, is
“As a veteran, Trudeau and the liberals are asking for more than I can give them right now.”
That should be the quote from the veteran community.

I agree Iceman.
Trudeau said a lot of stupid things during his term. With Veterans I'm going to say that I firmly believe when Trudeau publicly promised to reinstate lifelong pensions in 2015, a pension for life as we now see it was not what Trudeau meant. I'm going to say that after the Veterans mandate went to Hehr, Walt Natynczyk basically told Hehr that a pension for life as in the pension act could not be on the table using the new services in place, and new services to come for all Veterans including non injured Veterans as a template for Natynczyk's reasoning. Hehr took this to Trudeau, Trudeau replied by saying just give them a lifelong pension. I'm saying this because Trudeau himself said it at the town hall where he said Veterans were asking for more than we can afford. Trudeau said that services were the reason why they could not reinstate the pension portion of the pension act. So one can take this whichever way they choose, I take this, or better yet I put the blame on Natynczyk for not being able to cut services, or move some of the funding over to DND. Natynczyk implemented the pension for life, and he tried hard to sell it. Natynczyk knew that if he kept the services he would secure the future of bureaucrats under the Veterans file for years to come, he also thought that he could fool everyone on this pension for life as a solid measure of promise made by the Liberals in implementing reinstating lifelong pensions. Those of us who see this pension for life as a promise failure have it absolutely right. With Natynczyk he has got caught right handed screwing over disabled Canadian Veterans. So most of the blame goes to Natynczyk, however Trudeau nor the Ministers of the Veterans file get off the hook. Trudeau, and the Ministers failed to better analyze what Natynczyk drafted. Failed to listen to what Veterans wanted. This is where we are with Veterans regarding the Liberals 4 year term. I have not yet spoke to a Veteran that is going to vote Liberal come Oct 21. I have tried my best to explain to as many people as I can as to how the Liberals failed disabled Veterans. I fully understand there's no party running that stands out as being a good party to governed moving forward, but because of the Liberals failure on the Veterans file, I will not vote Liberal.
