Consumer Price Index (VAC)

I think I now know why some are seeing a 2.16 increase in their VAC benefits, and others only 1.6.

The ELB has offsets to other income sources such as CF Pension, and CPP. The Consumer Price Index percentage increase needs to be the same for the CF Pension, CPP, SISIP, and ELB. Reason being balancing the offsets. In other words having a different percentage for any of the above sources would interfere with balancing out the offset.

Yeah...that could be Trooper. Couldn't figure out why my VAC pension increase was about 2.1
