If I have a Disability Award and a Disability Pension, can I apply for the Caregiver Recognition Benefit?

If you have both a disability award and a disability pension of 1% or more, you are not eligible for the Family Caregiver Relief Benefit, but you may be eligible for the Attendance allowance.
