Parliamentary Secretary Stéphane Lauzon told the National Conference on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder today about the collaborative work being done on PTSD between the Department of National Defence, VAC and the Canadian Mental Health Association. One example is our newly updated PTSD Coach Canada App.
We’ve made new tools, information and support available through the App. to help Veterans, active military and other Canadians impacted by trauma better manage their symptoms...

Master Corporal Natacha Dupuis (Ret.) was a first responder to an Afghanistan tank explosion that killed two fellow soldiers. She suffered severe PTSD, but after years of rehabilitation, education and physical training, she is on her road to recovery. Read her story here: Natacha's Story
