They have a variety of mental health resources for Veterans and family members, including children and youth.

The PTSD Coach Canada app can help you learn about and manage symptoms that occur after a trauma.
Features include current and reliable information on PTSD and easy-to-use tools.

Reach out to a loved one living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and let them know you are there for them.
