Today is PTSD Awareness Day, an occasion to recognize that not all injuries are visible.

Reach out to a loved one living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and let them know you are there for them.

Our busy lives can make it hard to look after our mental health.

Day and night, wherever you are, if you need resources to manage the challenges of living with PTSD or an OSI, the VAC mobile applications – PTSD Coach Canada and OSI Connect app - can help.

PTSD affects up to 10% of Canada’s war zone Veterans but there is hope and help available.

Today is National PTSD Awareness Day, a time to raise awareness and support those affected by Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Visit the Atlas Institute for Veterans and Families to learn about coping strategies and treatment options: https://bit.ly/3BUtZlh
