Have you lost a loved one? Reach out to someone who knows how it feels. HOPE (Helping Our Peers by Providing Empathy) volunteers can support you by listening, understanding and talking about options available to you. The HOPE program is run by the CAF Transition Group and provides support to families affected by the loss of a loved one. Call 1-800-883-6094 or email HOPE-ESPOIR@forces.gc.ca.

If you have a health problem resulting from service and it is causing a barrier to re-establishing yourself at work, home or in the community, you can apply for VAC's rehabilitation program.
