Just an FYI for younger and/or NVC folks.
Not many know about the approach posted above.
I was approved for 2 consequential claims 5-10 ago.
Albeit being under the old PA and a 5/5.
DON'T EVER overlook applying if things deteriorate !
I was minus a few discs, years later my leg went numb.
And then I compensated with my other leg.
Or perhaps if someone has a tbi it later evolves into migraines idk.
But it happens and I ain't talking about sucking on a GOC teet either.
